Great practice. Had a wonderful experience here. The doctors, nurses and staff are compassionate and take time to answer all questions. Maureen (LC) helped a lot with nursing. I called the after hours line a couple times and received helpful advice. Sometimes I just needed reassurance and felt better after talking to the nurses. Unfortunately we recently moved to Virginia so cannot go here anymore. Highly recommend Potomac Pediatrics!
Not going to lie, I was quite turned off at first with their $60 administration fee but after 2 1/2 years with the practice let me list the many times they have earned it: 1) when they received my daughter's file from our previous doctor they sent me a paper copy without being asked. 2) on 2 separate occasions they have sent a script into my pharmacy for pink eye - no visit necessary (saving me $60 in copays) 3) on several occasions the nurses have been able to answer my questions on the phone and ease my worry. 4) super fri... read more
My family has had a first class experience here since we brought our children here a few years ago. The doctors provide the best care possible and really care about the kids and their families. And they are constantly working on improving their customer service as well, which is already excellent. My family would give more than 5 stars if possible!
