had Steve come out. trouble shooted the leaking from the fittings on my toilet along with level controller that lets the right amount of water in(no idea what ita called but he fixed it. thank you American Home Shield for picking a good team.

Had AC serviced Monday 08/13. The technician was very courteous. After inspecting my AC unit, he found a capacitor out, and he asked if i wanted to change it. I'm always a skeptic, but he took the time to explain his findings and what he was doing. I would definitely call again.
AHS sent this company to take care of water heater problem. Thomas was wonderful. Took care of the problem and a couple of others...running toilet and kitchen faucet in no time. Highly recommend this company. Hope they stay with American Home Shield.
Jesse was the technician that came out. He was very professional, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards, leaving no sign of him being there! Libby helped out too! She was great to talk to on the phone and made sure we were taken care of on the same day! Will be using them again!
I had my ac quit at 100 degree weather I called up and they send someone same day. Jimmy was fantastic found the problem fixed it and I’m back in business. Thank you.. you rock!!
Spoke with Eric to have pr come out and service my air conditioner. My appointment was from 2-4, Juan showed up at 1:30. Juan kept me informed on what was going on with my unit. The unit needed a small repair. Eric, Juan and PR took care of everything at a great price. Thank you pr and staff for your great service.
