When our daughter turned 19, we decided to switch her to a family doctor for her pediatrician and she has been very happy. Based on her feedback, I also switched my primary care provider to Dr.Singh as well and I am very pleased with the level of care I receive.Dr. Singh always take time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed. My old primary care doctor was pretty good but she is next level. I am fortunate to have a caring doctor like her.

Dr. Singh is not just a Doctor, she is the person who really cares about people. Very, very nice and very friendly. I am so lucky to find her. I just want to thank you so very much for taking care of me for my first visit. You take the time to listen and to make your patients feel valued and respected. thank you for your wonderful care. :)
I've been seeing the doc for years and have followed her to different locations. She listens to me, is knowledgable and I like her approach to wellness. My daughters have also been treated by Dr. Singh as well as my sister in law.
We recently moved to West Des Moines from Newton, IA and wanted to go to a family doctor in the area. We ended up picking Mercy West and have been very happy with Dr. Singh's level of care, her approach to treatment and overall patient centric focus. She really takes time to understand the cause rather than treating symptoms with over medication like some of our past providers.
Dr. Singh listens to me and is instrumental in helping me feel better. If she thinks I need to see a specialist, she refers me on to someone.

Dr. Singh takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides different options that she lets you choose from based on your comfort level with treating health concerns with prescriptions or looking for alternate methods to treat an issue.
Dr. Singh might be more reliable if she moved her practice. Her nursing staff is good, but the front desk service is unacceptable. One particular employee, named “Cassandra” is absolutely worthless; rude, snobbish, and deliberately negligent. Our experience with her is a history of unreliable appointments made over the phone, unfounded cancellations, and refusals to connect us with Dr. Singh. My family’s health and well being are far to important. We no longer go to Dr. Singh.
