Dr. Zhu is THE BEST! He's so gentle and compassionate as he explains every move. Both him, and his Assistant Karin have won my complete and total trust, which is huge to overcome my extreme anxiety from my previous experiences with dentists throughout my life. I just thought that was how it had to be. Its NOT! Maybe it's still not my favourite way to spend time, but for the FIRST time in my life, I don't fear going to the dentist!
I needed a couple fillings and the staff were fantastic to deal with in the chair and at Administration
I always have a great experience at Prairie. Have been a patient over 30 years. The clinic is clean and modern and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. .
Clear and concise description of the work being done. Very gentle with the procedure. The young lady at the front desk, Brittney, was awesome! She should get a raise!
I am very satisfied with the dental work I had done recently at Prairie Dental. Staff was courteous and professional as always.
Very disappointed with this place! I wish I could give less than one star….. Booked an appt because my filling broke apart on a rear molar they had fixed a couple years earlier. I have no dental coverage and when I called in I asked for a price range- they said we can’t estimate over the phone you need to come and see us. Went in for the appointment.
