RecommendedLove this office. Everyone is kind and the team seems to get along well. I was impressed with each team member. Enjoyed the dental assistant, Shelby. She was gentle and very sweet. I had a very short wait and I had arrived early. Dr. Boerema was exceptional. During my exam he was telling me step by step what he was doing. Very professional. I highly recommend this office!!

So I went in for a crown yesterday. Dr. Moos was great as well as his assistant Gwen. When I left I had a flat tire on my car. So I started to get the spare tire out the jack out and set to change my tire. But I couldn't loosen the lug nuts! Then Dr. Moos was leaving to go home. He stopped to help me. I said he only needed to loosen the lug nuts and I would be fine. He said no and did the whole tire change. I was so grateful for his help, his great attitude, and great sense of humor. PROUD TO CALL HIM MY DENTIST!!!
It took me almost three years to go to the dentist due to a bad experience!! I had an appointment at Prairie Dental Group and my experiences was absolutely outstanding. The entire staff is positive, eager to help, and made my experience the best it could have been! I am no longer scared of the dentist thanks to the staff here at Praire Dental Group!!! Our family has been coming to Prairie Dental since 1986 with Dr. Jud Heitner as our dentist. No more fear of dental appointments since we started with this practice! And NO pain! Doctor is always in a genuinely happy mood and cares very much for his patients. He surrounds himself with like people. Highly intelligent and skilled.
