I needed some trees looked at due to concerns they were dead and they had someone out in 2 days to take care of it. Those that were hired were respectful and did a good job.

UPDATE: Over the years it has gotten a bit lax, we don't have a manager coming through to check to make sure thing remain uniform. Still no gate, no street lights or pool as promised. There are a few eye sores in the community but, for the most part, it's still a lot nicer than most. They still keep the lots mowed during the summer months. And when you call the office depending on the day, you may get a nice cheery voice or a rude individual. This community is pretty nice. Kimberly is very rude I called and ask if they had any properties available she tells me no we don’t have anything for rent I said I never said anything about renting I asked if you had any properties available and she rudely says no we don’t have anything I had sent a message originally before and she responds like this Your message below asked if we had any 3bd 2ba? I stated “no we don’t”. We don’t have any homes available for rent or for sale. She was very short and rude through phone call and email

Just because the store name is near the drive doesn't mean that the store is on that side of the complex. We were going to Petco and turned into the drive where the name was. We ended up going ALL the way across, thru 2 stop signs, windy drives, and crazy drivers to get to the store.
