Very very disappointed with the way I felt we were treated during a very stressful time last week 12/22 when our 14 year old puppy whom we had been taking to this vet since she was 6 weeks old died. Wasn’t impressed with Dr Meyer
We used to see a vet there that was amazing. We had an emergency and when I brought my dog in she was seen by one of the female vets, I didn’t get her name and had never had her before. She really made me feel terrible about our situation, like I was the worst dog Mom ever. Our regular vet, Dr. Nickerson is no longer there so we will not be back.
Very unhappy dog mama. Looking for new vet now ! ! Unwelcoming feeling every time I take my dogs in for check ups.
Had an appointment to bring our dog in. Then one of the vets (Dr. Nickerson) called my wife today and acted in an unprofessional manner by being rude to her because we weren't up to date on one of the shots. Even after explaining the situation, he proceeded to talk down to her and told her to go to another vet. You think they would offer to update the shot, not yell at you and send you away. Don't worry, you definitely lost our business.
