I went WITH X-RAYS from my other dentist and they said I needed MORE X-rays, they said it wouldn’t be a cost. I WAS CHARGED 430$!! And of course no refund, I was never told until after I was leaving. And I still haven’t been able to get my wisdom teeth out because I was scammed out of 430$ so I’m still trying to make it up!! I was lied to, then scammed out of 430, ask if ANYTHING is extra cost and exactly how much, cause they sure wont tell you.
The staff is knowledgeable in insurance practices. Then when I canceled in an effort to find out why my insurance would not cover it, that later was held against me when they fired me from the practice. All I asked was for them to send in a 4 line paragraph stating why it was necessary under anesthesia that they were requiring and they refused to do it . They were rude to me and Cali office manager lied to Dr because when I spoke to nurse Patty she told me things Cali was offering to do which was so not true. I asked to spea... read more
