The technician Jose was fantastic! He was very polite, very knowledgeable and did a great maintenance job on my central ac unit. He found a few things that he thought should be replaced, explained everything, and showed me the pictures. I will be using you again for the items he recommended to be replaced. Very happy with the service

What I love about Precision HVAC is that when a problem comes up they always take care of the customer on the same day no excuses that they can’t make it. They are very accommodating and there for the customers needs.
Adrian Precise tech asked questions about my AC problems and listened. He reviewed what he was going to do, checked the AC out did a few tests everything seemed to be good. Needed a little charge. He told me just to see how my system does when it gets warmer.
Jose was very thorough in his analysis of our air conditioning system he sat down with us and explained the problems and options in a way we could understand. He was great at his job and very friendly
Adrian came & reviewed a concern I had with my furnace AC fan running up my electric bill. He verified there was no hardware issues with a replacement t stat & honeywell temptrol unit installed over the winter by Precise. A homeowner error on my end created the problem. I learned how to properly configure the new stat & was not billed for the visit which I appreciated.
