The communication was a 2.. overall 8-9 5 Star : Repair Quality 2 Star : Customer Service I had to keep calling to get updates, and when it was completed I had to call to figure out when I was allowed to pick it up. The woman at the front desk was fantastic (Give her a 10!) and helping me when I got there, and made sure the estimator got me the pieces I needed to get to insurance, even when he didn't know how. 5 Star : Returned Clean
