After waiting a month for an appointment, a scheduling error made them unable to perform our test on Tuesday . I was understandably dissappointed. Their management team truly cared about our wasted time, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We had my daughters procedure done today, and the staff at the St. Augustine location was amazing, compassionate and gentle , striving to put my daughter at ease through the joint injection and playing her favorite music "Hamilton". I have to say I was amazed at how beautiful this place was decorated it made you feel like you were in a spa it was very tranquil made you feel relaxed the staff was very nice they made you feel comfortable I was worried that my mammogram was going to hurt but it didn't she was super gentle they have a very good team everyone was so nice thank you guys for making it a easy experience
Everyone was friendly and my appointment went great.
