Dr. Suffield gives his patients 100% of his attention. He made my son feel comfortable thru the whole process...impeccable patient experience!
Dr. Suffield and his staff are professional, friendly, and thorough. They take the time to ensure both the patient and parent understand the treatment options. From the moment you arrive you feel welcomed and important. This isn't the typical "orthodontic mill" where you never see the Dr. After the initial consultation, and you are assembly lined through treatment. The staff is caring and available. I highly recommend Precision Orthodontics.

My girls both love Dr. Suffield! He always has hip music playing (that he loves to sing and jam to!) and it is fun to go see him. He and his staff are very fun loving and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. They know each patient personally and are always making sure everyone is comfortable. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!
Dr. Suffield and the team make going to my appointments an enjoyable experience. From the friendly reminder one day before, the fact I don't even give my name when I open the door, the detailed questions Dr Suffield answers and the cheerful "see you soon" I get when leaving. I managed to avoid dentist visits for 14 years (don't worry, no cavities when I finally did go), due to hating the experience. Now I'm looking forward to more progress in 3 weeks :-)
We just got back from an appointment today, and it was another extremely positive experience. Today my 10-year old had an endless list of questions, and Dr. Suffield and later his assistant took each question seriously, answering in detail, letting him touch and feel things and even drawing diagrams for him to explain how things worked. Both professionals made my son feel like he was the most important person in their world at the time and did not rush him. Dr. Suffield is an amazing guy with great character! Not only do I love going to his office to see him for his very detailed and precise work, but his attention to detail, energetic personality and the staff of dental assistants that are friendly and very much personable.
