I think the facility is over booked with patients. The wait times are extremely long and the Doctor seems very rushed to leave and run to the next room. I fear that something will be missed or not treated properly the first because timing quotas may be a consideration. It was my first visit so I am willing to give it another chance.

After a visit for an initial assessment of a knee injury I had incurred, we met a second time to discuss the MRI results and the available options. I was given a cortisone shot and then we met a third time ˜ 5 weeks later to discuss the status. My knee is presently doing great, but I was particularly pleased that when I requested time to really discuss things, Dr. Thompson afforded me that time to thoroughly talk about the status and prognosis for the future.
Dr Monaghan is an excellent dr. She listens to what you are saying and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She performed a complex surgery on my leg and before the surgery she sent me an email thanking me for choosing her and it contained information on the exact surgery I was having. I would recommend her to anyone who needs orthopedic care
Dr Gonzalez was very thorough in describing my diagnosis and treatment options. I am ordinarily nervous when dealing with doctors, but she made me comfortable.
