I recently got hurt at work (school) and injured my back in April, I was referred to them by workers comp and to say the least I am not happy with the office nor how they operate, this is my second visit with them, not impressed at all. My initial first visit, the doctor didn’t even ask to look at my back nor take consideration to even take time to exam me, it was in and out. Dr was a no show. We set in the exam room for one hour after our appointment. When I told the receptionist she said that they could call the Dr to see where he was. I lost valuable time from my job and compensation to pay a Dr to not show up! They had the nerve to call and try to do another follow up. No chance will they ever see my family members again.
The appointment was made rapidly and they ordered my X-ray so that I could have it done prior to seeing the doctor which prevents wasted time. The staff members were very helpful and friendly, and the Physician was happy to listen and assist. I would definitely use their expertise as needed in the future
The staff were all professional and kind as well as very forthcoming and accessible. The Doctors are all very knowledgably and do an excellent job of putting you at ease. I was extremely happy with the services provided.
The doctor never examined me. He was in the room with me for less than ten minutes. I had even undressed for him to examine my back. He gave me a referral to an other practice to see a spine surgeon when I was told that you have a spine specialist in your practice. I left feeling like he was not interested in my problem. I was expecting help from your practice not to be bounced around .
