From initial call to pickup and drop off service was 15 out of 10. Dispatch was friendly, polite and professional. Bernard was professional and quick I didn't have to wait forever like when you call other places and he was very careful with our truck. Will definitely be using them for future tows. Ben was great, so kind and understanding. My car broke down in south Florida in a Publix parking lot. I was so upset, not knowing how to get it back to Palm Bay and not wanting to have it fixed down there. He was so patient with me and my directions to the car.
