I spoke with a woman on the phone. She was very pleasant and booked my appointment for me. I went in for the oil change and of course a few other things we noticed that needed to be done but everything was shown to me and explained to me. They even had in the lounge area beverages while you're waiting

I had read very positive reviews about Precision Tune Auto Care in Delray Beach and decided to give them a try, for an oil change. I arrived without an appointment and was greeted warmly by Guido and Kelly. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Their level of friendly service, with knowledgeable service writers and mechanics gave me confidence to return in the future. Very clean bathroom too!
Very well taken care of. Could not ask for better service, decency and friendly people ready to do everything you ask and then some and at a reasonable price. Special mention to Kelly who almost becomes part of your family and takes personal attention to your needs.
