Had a firm 1:00 PM appointment for a LOF, my car sat in the lot 'til after 2:30. The place was a zoo, It was Sunday and the one manager there was way over his head. And I would have been too. I definitely told him and wrote on the E-mail they sent me, that I wanted my tires rotated. Did not get done. Way over booked, and so it seemed everyone got stalled and shortchanged.
