Very kind, patient, knowledgable, & honest.Took the time to research what's wrong with my car & everything my car needs & let me know how much to save to fix it all. Showed me whats wrong & whats supposed to be right to educate me on knowing how my car operates, so I know to exercise caution & be safe & when to stop driving to protect myself & others.
