Was not greeted very friendly by the front desk. Oscar did greet me very kindly though when bringing me in to get xrays.

Oscar did an amazing job at calming me down from a high level of anxiety. I'm not a fan of being at the dentist and I was in pain from a pretty bad cavity so I was not in a good mood. I'm glad I changed dentists because the staff is awesome at Preferred dental care.
Dr. Dialani was thorough and gentle. The nurse was also excellent. I came out feeling clean. And shall be back every 6 months to keep it clean and free of cavities and disease.
The staff is always super friendly!
Everyone involved with my dental treatment is great. I feel that the recommended treatment, procedures and options are always fully explained and I am very comfortable and confident with my Dentist and all of the staff supporting my dental health.
The front office staff were polite, friendly and businesslike. They were quick to answer questions and consulted with one another on an unusual question. The Dental Assistant, Myra, was very professional and did and excellent job of showing the potential problem areas and making me feel less stressful, which I certainly appreciated.
