RecommendedWonderful experience! The company i had been using for a while never respinded to my Saturday night emergency text that my ac wasn’t working and that was most unusual as the are available 24 hours. I gave them a chance to respind on Monday. Nothing. I then went online and chose Preferred based on reviews wnd i couldnt be happier. Marco and Derek who were wonderful came in a few hours, fixed my ac issue and my house is no longer an oven. Very fairly priced too!

The tech Bryan came out after hours and fixed my AC after not having any for two days and calling many companies with no response. Thanks to him and this company my house is cool again. I recommend this company 100 percent
The service is simply the best. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional and bend over backwards to make sure you don't end up sweltering in the Florida heat. I couldn't be happier with my new system, the service and my new lower electrical bill. Highly recommended.

these guys are truly amazing.
