RecommendedPreferred pools and spas came out for a service call and everything couldn’t be more perfect. Cody replaced the control pad, the main jet, and they weren’t coming to fix one of the heaters, but they saw it wasn’t working properly and replaced that. It was under warranty after 3 1/2 years and they were very kind and great with their service. I highly recommend them, and I highly recommend patience with a high maintenance system. We love our year round swimspa! And I recommend the 19!
Excellent service throughout the sales, installation, and follow up processes! I would highly recommend Preferred Pools and purchasing a Master Spa, which is locally manufactured in Fort Wayne, Indiana!
