Staff were polite. I am sure they saw me get out of vehicle using a walker and the doors opened as I approached without me having to activate door button. Check in was smooth and intake was efficient

Pleased I got appointment when needed. Staff were friendly and professional. Nurse with Dr Gueramy greeted me with a big smile and I think for many patients that kind of greeting is very reassuring in what is often a stressful situation. The small efforts make a big difference in the experience!
