I was called by PB&J re: my doctor's referral WHILE I was there waiting for my x-ray. Then I was called again by PB&J PT WHILE I was in my visit with Dr. Fournier. He told me to answer it and I tried to straighten it out. I was there for left shoulder and both calls said my referral was for my left knee! Sheesh! If anyone who was calling had looked at my chart they would've seen I was scheduled for a visit with the dr. at the time they were calling me!
