The facility badly NEEDS a changing room WITH lockers. I had a ton of winter clothes and at one point had to lay them on the dirty laundry basket. You are given a pair of shorts to wear, walking down halls & into other rooms. My husband was carrying my purse, my portable oxygenator, and all my clothes! It was ridiculous❗️A changing room should be next to xray room❗️Such unnecessary walking for my hip problem! The floor plan is not good and the rooms should be better utilized. I knew I would have to fill out paperwork as a new patient. Many offices you have maybe 15 minutes to do this. If not done with paperwork you are told to take it & finish in the room. NO! it took me 45 minutes to finish, then I still waited to be called. My 1 o’clock appointment turned out to be a 2 o’clock. Then I finally saw the Dr. This made for a long tiring day.

Our appointment had not been added to the computer, so we had to wait 75 minutes before we could be seen. Also, despite updating paperwork several months ago, an old phone number was being used to supposedly get messages to us, which of course we never received.

I wish I could have had surgery in Laramie. Dr. McKenna was recommended to me, so I went with him, but the drive up to Casper and back was hard - I will not do this again - I'll choose another doctor.
