Who doesn't give written instructions pre surgery especially when it is a dominant hand injury. How is one to take notes??

I waited 1:20 min to see the Dr. for 5 min. We arrived 10 min early to our appointment and the 1:20 does not include that time.

felt as if Dr. was rushed and didn't give us appropriate time for exam and/or questions. Dr did not even hit pain points with exam.

I have been a 20-year patient with your group, and have not had one bad experience with scheduling, staff, doctors or surgeries. However, this last appointment has made me desire to go elsewhere.

He did not listen to me whatsoever. I told him this was a long story, but he interrupted from the very beginning. He heard one thing and decided what my issue was, despite the fact that this has been a long-standing issue and I do not have any of the symptoms of the condition he said it is. I am getting another opinion with another medical office.
