Front staff is always friendly and informative. Dr Levene explained to me a different type of injections in my knees could help instead of having them replaced. He made sure I understood these were more painful than the steroid injections. He was on target with that statement. He explained it very well and his MA was great at staying with me until I felt well enough to leave. Dr Bienz was great at giving me injections in my thumb and index finger. 2+ years after my tkr I’m still in pain. Removed sutures, removed scare tissue and I’m worse. I am in pain all the time. No explanations , no suggestions. I’m going to see a vascular doctor next. In think an mri is needed and I’ve said that.
