Clinic rooms were clean and accessible and so was the rest room. The waiting room was very crowded when I arrived on time for my appointment. There was only on receptionist and she was at a small counter. She greeted people and also checked them out, including setting up the next appointment.

Everyone was friendly and responsive. I did ask to receive a copy of some of the office forms I had been asked to complete, but it was late afternoon and I forgot to ask again when I was leaving. I'll try to remember for next time.

I found Dr. Aukerman to be very knowledgeable, and focused. He listened to our questions and provided a range of options to address my shoulder issue. Finally, he encouraged me to consider least intrusive interventions, before resorting to shoulder replacement. Very encouraged.
