just want to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful care you gave Amiyah. Your bedside manner was exceptional — patient, kind, and professional. Everyone in your office treated us with such respect and compassion when we were in Laramie. There was only one young girl (I’m not sure if she was a CNA or a nurse) who wasn’t quite as kind or attentive, but everyone else went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
