Got me out of a jam. The service department programmed a new key for me on the fly on a holiday weekend! They were great! My husband went with my car when it was towed in late on a Saturday afternoon and Kacey was very nice.
Friendly staff, convenient service hours including Saturdays I use this dealership for any recalls on my Jeep vehicles. The staff in the service area is always extremely competent and courteous. Communication during the repair is excellent and they do everything they can to keep you updated and on your way to fit your busy schedule. Really like that the service center has Saturday hours - so convenient for people who work during the week.
"The best service department!" Everyone in the service department is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, Lauren did a great job of getting my car in quickly, and when it needed to be in the shop a bit longer, got me a nice new loaner. I highly recommend Premier Cape Cod.
Excelłent service for out of town customer! Travelled to Cape Cod for vacation and experienced wheel trouble with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Called Premier first thing Monday morning and although they couldn't service my vehicle the same day (which was expected), they looked at it right away on Tuesday and had it serviced within a few hours.
