Second purchase from Joe O'Brien at Premier I bought my first Jeep Compass from Joe O'Brien in 2014 and when I decided to upgrade to a newer year and different model there was no question that I would go back and see Joe. He is always polite & informative and makes the process actually fun. He made my daughter & myself feel like family when we walked in the door. We were never rushed. Just a great experience.

Very easy to accomplish what we wanted Jonathan worked very hard to get us a good price for our trade and get the vehicle we wanted (a certified preowned Jeep with low miles) It was a very good and successful experience for us.

Premier service! Two years ago I purchased my first Jeep from Joe. I bought a two door Wrangler and I loved it. Two weeks ago I brought my daughter in to meet Joe and look at a car for her and I left with a new Jeep. It was a four door loaner car with only 3000 miles on it. Joe told me about the warranty advantages and did the numbers on my Jeep and I was sold. I love my new Jeep and the experience was easy, professional and as always fun.

service manager great i had my Grand Cherokee serviced at Premier a few weeks ago. One of the items on the list was to complete the wiring harness set up to pull a trailer. It was not done correctly, which We discovered a day before leaving on a trip. I called my service advisor who was rude and not acting with the urgency required to correct the problem.
