I gave it a five star because of the service I received once I arrived. Nicole was extremely helpful and incredibly customer service received from her. She had someone drive us back to our hotel until the vehicle was ready. I will tell you I left four messages over a three week time with your service department with no return call. I finally wrote an email with my displeasure and did receive a call. It’s unsettling when you spend that kind of money on a new vehicle and can’t reach anyone after multiple attempts.

This past Saturday, January 28 I was scheduled to come in for an oil change and was greened by a very professional and personable customer service rep in the service department by the name of Shawn. I also asked them to please check one of the tires on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which sensors showed was low in air. I did not realize that all four of my tires, which were original to the lease, were very worn as I do a lot of off keep driving and am at 41,000 miles now.
