My appointment for mileage service was on the day of a major Nor'Easter so they were a couple of mechanics short. Despite that, they coordinated with service techs to fit me in while I waited, something I really appreciated!

Premier Cape Cod provided by far the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. There was no pressure or any questionable sales tactics that cause customers to dread the idea of going to a dealership. Jack, Danielle, and Megan took great care of myself and my wife and put us both in 2 vehicles that met our needs, our stylistic choices, and our budget. There were quite a few hiccups on the process of purchasing a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee, but a big shoutout to Megan Saben, Finanical Services Manager, worked hard to make sure I got what I was told to expect. Unfortunately, some of the glitches were beyond her control and related to some new software/hardware at the dealership that was cumbersome and inefficient.
