Rob is a great listener. That is important when life gets crazy and the process of buying a car, which is usually fun, is a chore and something you don’t want to think about. There had been some confusion regarding past service of my car when I brought it to Dave Nickerson at Premier. I spoke to Dave and Danielle Laham. They searched the records and found the cause of the past confusion, showed it to me so I could understand it, and corrected it so there is hopefully no lingering issue.
