Michelle M., the Service Department Service Advisor is the best! She is always gracious, kind and patient even when faced with a customer that is stressed and frustrated. She is an excellent listener, communicator and facilitator who is terrific to work with. I know my Jeep is in great hands when I leave it with her and the Premier Team for service.
I just needed a state inspection. The facility was spotless, and the service advisor friendly and efficient. I had a busy schedule that day, so l left the car and asked for a call when done. All worked out great. I got back to town a little late, so the advisor waited until I arrived. ABOVE & BEYOND!

I went in for a tire rotation and alignment on my 2020 Ram 1500. I hit a large rock and was concerned about the front end. It took about 1 1/2 hrs which is quick. The price was good. I'm happy.

I went in wanting a Jeep Wrangler but sadly couldn’t afford it. I worked with Gio who was very patient with me and helped me go through all my options. Ended up leasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I absolutely love it. Every one I dealt with from the greeter to the service department were all very nice and courteous.
