Service for my 2017 Audi Q7 I had my oil changed today, as well as multiple service and fluid level checks on my 2017 Audi Q7. I was advised after the service that software changes were also upgraded according to Audi specifications. I was very pleased that the dealership identified these software changes and resolved them as part of the Audi service. The best experience with an awesome team! I came in to meet with Rob on a Grand Cherokee. He made me feel super comfortable and didn’t act like a lot of other sales reps I’ve encountered beforehand who pressured me and didn’t really care about what I needed.
