I basically came in for nothing. You had not received my records. Your assistant did give me a cost estimate for the work I wanted done. Unfortunately, she didn't have a clue what I meant when I asked about the cost after insurance. I called another dentist who was able to tell me exactly what my cost would be after the procedure. Why would I pay you twice what I would owe, wait for insurance to determine I over paid, only to have to wait for you to refund me?
