I had a dental check up scheduled 6 months in advance for August 20 at 11:00. On August 15 I received a request for confirmation that I was coming for my appointment. Request was sent by Taryn. I sent back "yes". The night before I received another request for confirmation. I forwarded another "yes" to Taryn that I would be there the next morning. I arrived 10 minutes early. I visited premier dental in circleville and I was supposed to get a routine cleaning and I never got a cleaning done due to the staff not being organized and I was made to wait for a hour to be told I need to reschedule for another day for a cleaning because they were ready to go for the weekend. Needless to say I will not be returning to to premier dental for any further appointments.

I was bullied about not letting them take X-rays and I don’t do fluoride this is noted in my chart the tech was rude and went to get the dentist or speak to the dentist I left and will not be back any money I have in my account I want returned to me and trust me people will know

When I first started going to Premier Dental of Grove City things were good. That changed when the Dr. Wooten left and Dr. Stone took over. The first exam I had with him he walked into the room and never bothered to introduce himself he just started talking to the dental hygienist. He did the exam and called things out to the dental hygienist to record but never bothered to explain anything to me. Since nothing was said to me I assumed all was well. I was hit in the head with the xray tool. 2 Services we agreed upon were missed. And I had to remind her. My insurance showed you as being part of my group. When you are not at this location. $135.00 out of pocket.

I moved to Cleveland but liked Premier Dental, so I decided to stay at the same dentist office. Unfortunately due to my work schedule, I had trouble getting an appointment in. Once I did, I got comments in a rude tone when I called to make the appointment about how I hadn't been there in a while. The hygienist kept mentioning "Since it's been a while..." or "since you haven't been here since 2016..." Then Dr. Stone came in, said "Hi, I'm Dr. Stone. We need to get you in here more often." I absolutely love Dr Wooten. The girls are truly amazing. They are fast and most of all friendly!!! Treated me like family. Good service is hard to find nowadays!

That was the worst cleaning I've ever had. The water used in the machine was too cold making it very uncomfortable with all the fillings I have....
