Dr. Doug and his assistant Kendra do a wonderful job on the last step of root canal. Plus, anytime you can walk into a dental office and they are playing Elvis music you know it’s going to be a good visit!
The Doctor and staff were so helpful and nice! I made an appointment on Friday for the upcoming Monday for a very painful toothache. The appointment was for a new patient cleaning and xrays and evaluation. After the Dentist saw the X-ray of my tooth and how much pain I was in, instead of scheduling it for another time, he asked if I wanted to hang out and wait to fit me in between his appointments to have the tooth pulled. I wish I had words to express my appreciation and gratitude but honestly I could make this an essay and it still wouldn’t feel like enough. It has been YEARS since I have gone to the dentist. After a really awful experience years ago it’s been a lot to try to convince myself it would be okay. I truly only wish I would have came to Premier sooner.
