Cancelled appt and did not reschedule due to change to mew dentist. Continued to get appt reminders and phone calls. Then received a feedback review for the appt I cancelled and never went too.
I called and scheduled my husband for a routine cleaning/exam. She told me the price for cleaning exam and X-rays. His original appointment was in October but they called me and said they had a cancellation and could get him in earlier. His appointment was at 3:15, we get there around 2:55 but couldn’t go in any earlier than 10 minutes before the appointment, so we wait and go in at 3:05. Nothing really
The cleaning experience was good. It would have been more convenient to make the next appt. when we paid our bill so Paul and I could have discussed it together rather than hollering back and forth between stations. The girl that set me up unwrapped the dentistry tools with bare hands so how could they have been sterile? Just wondering!!!
my enameled tooth chipped and I needed to know eating on the chipped tooth will not damage the tooth, I got in the next day and discovered my tooth would be fine, I could forgetaboutit
