This is the most professional, service oriented medical office I have ever visited. Outstanding in every regard, from Dr, Kaplan to his friendly, very competent staff. A wonderful experience and a comprehensive exam.
Seeing him for years had 2 cataract surgeries i have cloudy vision saw him today. Complained about typical 2 hour visit. He then cut visit short i accomplished nothing. Front office called2 hours typical
NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Joseph Kiernan, M.D., is 68 years old and should not be in practice. I'm a healthcare professional and can sense when a doctor is failing. Unfortunately Dr. Kiernan, is at that point . After not seeing him for an office exam in 2 years, I was shocked. Dr. Kiernan now lacks the ability to focus and diagnosis patients conditions correctly. So sad to see this. I would recommend, Dr. Kiernan retire to protect everyone's health and well being
Very unpolit for the first visit, I Ask her a question and she answer very rude and unprofessional. Not going back, she is not the only doctor Thanks God.
I recently saw dr. Kaplan, having seen other physicians in the practice and not being able to get an appointment with them. He entered the room and went to shake my hand BEFORE WASHING HIS HANDS! I am not a germaphobe, I am a doctor who teaches other doctors! I was appalled. when I asked him to wash his hands, he complied. I will NEVER see this provider again. Note, I waited 45 minutes for this appointment and had to go to the desk an inquire why I had been waiting so long.
