I first want to start with I’ve been waiting about 4 months to make this review. I waited to all work was done before I left a review. My 96 year old mother-in-law broke one of her front teeth and it was extremely sharp. Premier Dentistry fit her into the schedule the following day. Dr. Spring and his staff were SO kind to her (as she doesn't hear well & her short term memory is almost gone). Dr. Spring rebuilt her front tooth and a second tooth that had also cracked some time ago and he did it at no charge to her. Everyone here is awesome! Ian and Dr. Spring are both very knowledgeable and gave excellent explanations of everything when I had questions. Ian went above and beyond in helping to figure out what could be causing an issue I'm having. I really appreciated his help. This place is amazing.
I have been going to this office for years for cleaning every 6 months and have had several crowns done there. Today I called because I had a crown that fell off. I was told by the front office staff that it would be at least 2 weeks before I could get it. I have referred family members and friends to this office, but never again. I called and found a new dentist office in minutes. Actually the first place I called with great reviews.
I lost a filling and tried Premier Family Dental for the repair. They now have a new patient! Dr Spring and staff were great, competent, made sure I was comfortable and priced right. Thank you to all involved today.
