Great experience - starting with Denise and Lorin at the office and ending with Craig and his crew doing the install of 1900 + square feet of planks in our home. I was ahead of schedule with the prep work so they offered to send the crew over two days early to get the job going. They were in and out within two days and it looks fantastic!!
We are working on an investment property in Grass Valley. Being on a budget and (wrongly assuming) shopping local would be out of our budget, we shopped ALL over Roseville and Sac/Rancho Cordova for a good quality and affordable LVP flooring. We found some that could work, but they didn’t have matching stair nose/trim. We looked all over Roseville, trying to find good quality flooring for a reasonable price but couldn't find exactly what we wanted in the right color. While visiting my parents in Grass Valley, we stopped into Premier, and Dan took us all over the store until he found the perfect tile to match what I had envisioned in my head. It was a very smooth and professional experience from the ordering through the installation. I now have a very beautiful home that looks updated and that I am proud of. I Could not be happier!
My husband and I selected carpet for a rental house we own and were very impressed with the selection and service! We found just what we were looking for in stock and were equally pleased with the installation and the installer! I’m sending my daughter in to pick LVP for her house!

RecommendedWe want to replace the floors in our living room and hallway. Premier Flooring has been so patient with us, and so amazing! Denise is awesome! She never got frustrated with us (We're new at this and couldn't make up our minds!) and she always got back to us with answers, even on her day off! That is dedication! Not many people offer this level of service anymore and I wanted to recognise and share it. Premier Flooring is AWESOME!!!
We had a very small job and doing our own install. Donna at the store and Sage at the warehouse both took extra time and effort to help us with exactly what we needed at a great price. Donna explained the materials thoroughly and made sure we were happy with our choice and Sage took the time to show us different options that could work for us. Thanks to both of you!
Everytime we went there was one of the best exploring and shopping experiences I have ever had. Bobbie was not only knowledgeable but she has a great eye for color and design. Plus she has patience and is helpful with a very friendly personality. The customer service I received from Premier Tile and Stone was top-notch.
