From March to August nothing but problems. It took 3 men two hole days to install the generator. The first day after all day, they didnt even have it hooked up. Then Premier sent a tech to teach me how to use the generator and he was shocked it wasnt hooked up yet, it also failed inspection by the electrical inspector for the county. Then they sent the crew back several days later to finish the installation, again it took the whole day. My husband was diagnosed with ALS in April of 2021. With him being a veteran, the VA paid Premier Generators to install a generator, due to him being on oxygen. The generator was "suppose" to have a five year warranty on parts and still had four years to go on the warranty. After my husband's passing, the generator quit so I called Premier. It was after hours and I agreed to a $199.00 service fee charge. A service man shows up 10:05 PM, flips the on-off switch a couple of times and said it "might" be a loose wire. Horrible to deal with. Once they get your money after the initial installation, expect to be nickel and dimed for everything else. We are being charged for "travel time" to repair a faulty spark plug wire on an 8 month old generator. The generator failed while we were on an extended vacation and power to our refrigerator and alarm service failed to return. I honestly never write complaints like this…ever. My experience with this company so far has been absolutely abysmal. When I was sold on my unit, I was informed of a max turnaround time of 2 weeks. It has now been 1 1/2 months since my unit was installed, and I cannot get anyone out here to fill in the trench that they dig for the gas line, and also walk me through the unit and make it operational. 3 months later after paying 1,563 down payment, I’m waiting installation.
I had my annual maintenance DONE. The price is always $240.00.This time they had to replace a battery.AT the end of the service i tryed to pay the tech who did the inspection.He would not take my check he said he was going to save me money.A WEEK later i get a surprise bill for $499.00 DOLLARS.I called to question this talked with Chris Griffin.He told me it would be $240.00.I SAID O.K. He then calls back later and says the price went up to $385.00.HE WAS SORRY I DID NOT KNOW THIS.This is not how you do business make up pric... read more

Premier Generator serviced my unit for ***** **** ******* **** *** * **** voltage regulator part and *** *** * *** *** ******* ** **** ** ****. This company advertised to be senior friendly. They gouge their customers. Called repeatedly to speak to the owner. Never talked to him or received any return call. Would not recommend this company.
