As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and needed so much help, Spiro was always there to assist me. He explained things to me in ways that made them easier to understand. I had some issues with getting information and he work tirelessly to help me fix the issue. Halfway through I told him I wanted to apply for the MCC program. John has helped us through the refinance process a few times, and this time was no different - the process was easy and stress free. John communicates well and lets you know exactly what is needed to get through the process. I was bugging Spiro in every which way: phone calls, emails, text messages. No matter what time of day or how stupid the question, Spiro always took the time to explain everything to me, and kept me informed/in the loop. It was his simple and thorough explanations and providing of info that made me feel secure and sure about each decision I made along this process.
