As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and needed so much help, Spiro was always there to assist me. He explained things to me in ways that made them easier to understand. I had some issues with getting information and he work tirelessly to help me fix the issue. Halfway through I told him I wanted to apply for the MCC program. John has helped us through the refinance process a few times, and this time was no different - the process was easy and stress free. No matter what time of day or how stupid the question, Spiro always took the time to explain everything to me, and kept me informed/in the loop.
