Ian Smith and Fadi Faraj are outstanding individuals. I don't know how they do it, but they responded to my multiple questions (on many different days) within minutes. It didn't matter what day or what time it was. I'm not sure if these gentlemen ever take a break. Ian always answered the phone with a great attitude, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns. Most of my calls were outside of normal office hours, which makes his professionalism that much more commendable.
