I have used Spiro several times in the past as well and it has always been a great process. Spiro is very responsive and any questions I had were answered/addressed very promptly. The process only took a few weeks and with limited back and forth required. I would highly recommend Spiro for all lending needs.

We've done loans with Spiro several times in the past and the service is always top notch! Spiro and his team communicate quickly and efficiently, they are honest and you get what you are promised. The entire process is very easy from the uploading of documents to the final signatures. I highly recommend Spiro for new purchases and refinances.
