Spiro truly went above and beyond for me. As a first time buyer I had many questions and he was always there to answer and explain things to me. I had a couple issues with getting some of the information I needed for my loan and Spiro worked endlessly to help my situation. Even after the loan closed, Spiro still assisted me with getting documents I needed for a certification program. I would HIGHLY recommend Spiro to all buyers. He is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and very responsive!

I have been selling homes for over 25 years and Spiro is the best most professional and great to work with he always returns call and always , pleasant great with the clients and closes on time or earlier and takes on the hardest loans and still makes it a pleasant experience,, everyone should try spiro for there loans

As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and needed so much help, Spiro was always there to assist me. He explained things to me in ways that made them easier to understand. I had some issues with getting information and he work tirelessly to help me fix the issue. Halfway through I told him I wanted to apply for the MCC program. John has helped us through the refinance process a few times, and this time was no different - the process was easy and stress free.
