Spiro understands this industry better than any other loan agent I’ve worked with. He and I have worked on multiple loans together including new home purchases and refinances. My most recent experience with Spiro was on both. A few months after our purchase he called to let me know rates had dropped considerably, and offered to refinance me for no charge. Impressive! We just got that done.
