I did not know who Fadi Faraj or Premier Lending were until I got the survey request after the close of escrow. I had to go back to the closing statement to see that buyers lender was Premier. So what made it great is that escrow closed on time. There were no delays, no glitches, no crisis. If there was I never heard of any. So yeah. Totally stress free.
