I think Dillon Dambly did a terrific job initially and we were very happy at the beginning of this journey. I think there were some items, such as length of time to complete this entire process, inability to get 2 months of non payment on the new mortgage, the fact the title company needed us to sign missed documents as soon as 1/4/22. My wife and I had to change schedules in order to accommodate another delay in the process.
